LIFT The TriState

The Logistics, Inventory Management, Facilities Management, and Transportation (LIFT) program offers free, 10-week job training in Cincinnati to help adults across the Tri-State launch careers in a high-growth industry.

What You Get

• Hands-on Training: Learn directly from experienced warehouse staff at Freestore Foodbank.
• College Credit: Earn up to 6 credit hours toward Gateway Community & Technical College by passing the Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) exams (3 credits each).
• Industry Certifications: Graduate with a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and training on new Clamp Truck Forklifts.
• Job Placement: Connect directly to local employers through program partners.

Who Can Apply?

No prior experience is necessary. To qualify, candidates must be 18 or older and have:

• A strong desire to work and commitment to attend all 10 weeks without interruption
• Reliable childcare established before enrollment
• Basic literacy skills and the physical ability to perform warehouse duties

Note: Applications must include all documents (Police Report, Photo ID) and be properly filled out to be considered completed.
