Cincinnati COOKS! is a free culinary job training program for under- and unemployed individuals. During the 10-week course, students learn the mechanics of a commercial kitchen, as well as professional and life skills to ensure success in the food service industry and in their personal lives.

FREE Job Training Program For You
Gain in-demand skills and launch new careers with the LIFT program. This 10-week, free job training program equips participants with hands-on experience at Freestore Foodbank, valuable coursework from Gateway Community and Technical College, and direct connections to local employers. No prior experience is required, but commitment to the program is essential.
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (Senior Box) is a Program offered in all 50 States specifically to reach seniors 60+ years old. Our partnership with The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services and The Indiana Department of Health helps distribute boxes within our 11 Counties in Ohio and Indiana.
