Manages the front desk/reception area; greets clients and directs them to locations within the building, makes referrals to outside community resources and assists in the screening of special needs clients. Good interpersonal skills requiring judgment and tact to communicate effectively with clients demonstrating a range of emotional behavior. This position requires a criminal background check.
