SNAP Assistance

The Benefits Outreach Program helps those eligible apply for Medicaid and SNAP (formerly Food Stamps). We snappartner with other community agencies to determine who is in need of health insurance or food assistance, and we assist them with the application process from start to finish, ensuring that all requirements are met.

SNAP assistance is available at our Customer Connection Center, located at 112 East Liberty Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are not needed.
