SNAP Assistance

Need help with food? We can help! Sign up for SNAP Benefits with us.

The Benefits Outreach Program helps those eligible apply for Medicaid and SNAP (formerly Food Stamps). We partner with other community agencies to determine who is in need of health insurance or food assistance, and we assist them with the application process from start to finish, ensuring that all requirements are met.

snapSNAP assistance is available at our Customer Connection Center, located at 112 East Liberty Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are not needed.
