Let’s Tackle Hunger Together This Holiday SeasonCincinnati Bengals Food Drive
One in six neighbors in our Tri-State area is at risk of hunger.

You Can Help
Join the Cincinnati Bengals in supporting the Freestore Foodbank’s efforts to help hungry children and families this holiday season through the annual Bengals Canned Food Drive.

Bring a canned good or non-perishable food item with you on your way to the Bengals/Browns game on Sunday, November 26. We will have volunteers available at each entrance to Paul Brown Stadium to accept your donation. Just look for the portable storage units provided by U-Haul of Southwest Ohio.

“Too many families are struggling every day to put food on the table,” says Bengals Defensive Tackle Geno Atkins. “What the Freestore Foodbank does for the community is inspiring. Being involved with such an amazing organization gives me the chance to give back to a community that has embraced me with open arms since I became a Bengal.”

What to Bring With You
Some of the most needed food items are likely already in your cupboard. We could really use donations of canned fruits and vegetables, cereals, tuna, canned chicken and soups.

There are so many people who are less fortunate. Whenever you think you have it bad, there is someone who has it worse,” said Bengals Tight End Tyler Eifert. “So, it’s good to give back.”

No Food Donation? No problem!
Our volunteers will also accept your monetary donations at the entrances to Paul Brown Stadium on Sunday, November 26. With every dollar donated, the Freestore Foodbank is able to provide three meals.

“We hear each year from fans that they left their canned goods on the kitchen counter in a rush to get to the game,” says Freestore Foodbank President and CEO Kurt Reiber. “We want Bengals Nation to know that a $5 donation is just as powerful and will help us provide 20 meals to families in need.”

Bengals Nation Making a Difference
2017 marks the 31st year that the Bengals have hosted the canned food drive for the Freestore Foodbank. Last year, Bengals fans made enough food and monetary donations to provide nearly 74,000 meals to help feed children and families in our hometown.

“Being able to help means a whole lot,” says Bengals Linebacker Vincent Rey. “My heart is all about giving back.”
