Event Wrap-Up: MLK Day Power Pack -a -Thon

We had a great time at Fountain Square on January 19. More than 60 volunteers helped us to assemble 720 Power Packs. We also received a very generous donation from Panera Bread during the event. Thank you for all of you that came out on a beautiful day to support the Power Pack program.

Giving FieldsGiving Fields – Come one, come all, come big, come small. Volunteers of all ages and sizes can volunteer at the Giving Fields. The first volunteer opportunity will begin the week of March 30. We need 30-40 volunteers to plant produce to kick the season off. Weekly opportunities are also available.

Check-Out Power Pack – Can you spare 15-20 minutes per week to support the Power Pack program? Do you like to shop at Kroger? Volunteers are needed to assist with the installation, maintenance and uninstalling of the placards and coupons at local Kroger stores. An ideal volunteer opportunity for those who work full time but want to get involved and volunteer.
