Riding for Hunger: Six Annual Hogs vs. Hunger

Get ready to ride for hunger on Saturday, July 9. Kickstands up at 1:00 p.m. at the Thoroughbred Harley-Davidson in Florence, Kentucky.  If riding isn’t your thing, please consider volunteering!  We need help selling raffle tickets at Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center in Anderson Township on Friday and Saturday evenings for a chance to win a 2016 Harley-Davidson Softail Slim S with Screamin’ Eagle 110 Motor.

Volunteering at the Giving Field

It’s almost harvest time at our community farm.  Don’t miss the opportunity to help us provide fresh fruits and veggies to our hungry neighbors in Northern Kentucky. The farm is located in Melbourne, Kentucky, which is only about 15 minutes from NKU.  This family-friendly volunteer activity is open to all ages and is a great way to learn how to grow produce. Click Here for more information on how to register to volunteer.

Feeding Children during the Summer Months

We provide food boxes to children in rural communities to ensure they have meals during the summer months. Volunteers play a vital role in assembling these boxes. Opportunities to help are available in June – August at our Mayerson Distribution Center for groups of up to 35. Check out Available Dates Here. Please be sure to complete a Group Request Form to secure a volunteer date.
