Time Commitment: 4+ hours/week
Schedule: Flexible, M-F, 9am-5pm
Essential Functions: Provides fast and friendly customer service to potential volunteers, including individuals, corporate, civic, faith-based, and school groups. Schedules volunteers for open volunteer opportunities, following established processes. Provides feedback to the Volunteer Call Center Coordinator regarding the scheduling process, challenges, and successes. Data entry and filing as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Customer service experience, and particularly experience with volunteers, preferred. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. General understanding of databases and/or scheduling software preferred.
Requirements: Minimum age 16 years old. Working knowledge of standard office equipment including PCs, telephone, copiers, fax machine, and printer required. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment a must. Resume, Professional-level Volunteer Application, Background Check (provided by FSFB); Parental Consent if minor.
