Customer Connections

Freestore Foodbank encourages clients who make use of our emergency food services to meet with staff members and discuss other ways Freestore Foodbank can help meet their needs. We provide referrals to partner agencies that can assist clients with housing, clothing, money management and job assistance. We provide referrals to our programs or to other social services agencies to ensure that all needs are met.  Through this process, Freestore Foodbank goes beyond clients’ nutrition to work to end the root causes of hunger and poverty.
