Clothing is a life necessity, but not something everyone can easily afford for themselves and their families. As part of our efforts to create stability and further self-reliance, we offer the Back on Track program. It provides free clothing to our disadvantage neighbors as they prepare for job interviews and training. Emergency clothing is also available for men, women and children.
Back on Track is located at our Customer Connection Center, 112 East Liberty Street in Over-the-Rhine. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
If you would like to donate to Back on Track, please drop off your gently-used clothing at our Customer Connection Center drive-thru bay, located at 112 East Liberty Street. Donations are accepted during the following hours:
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday
