|25%||Ongoing||Cash Receipts – Accurately record receipt of funds from various sources in financial system. Ensure funds are deposited timely and precisely at appropriate financial institution. Report restrictions or other variances from the norm to appropriate people. Support resolution of customer related issues.|
|20%||Ongoing||Grant Management – Stay abreast of pending grant applications, process grant receivables appropriately, liaise with program managers for appropriate spend down, and maintain temporarily restricted paperwork on a monthly basis.|
|15%||Ongoing||Recon – Reconcile accounts. Report variances to supervisor. Maintain adequate records.|

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have excellent math, problem solving and customer service skills. Is detailed oriented, able to work well under pressure and can work independently and as a team member. Good written, verbal communications skills. Must be extremely organized Good inter-personal skills requiring sound judgment and tact to communicate effectively with volunteers and a wide variety of personalities.
AGENCY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently working toward Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Able to maintain confidentiality of financial records a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook office products. Working knowledge of Crystal Reports and accounting systems software. Overall solid computer skills required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/MENTAL PROCESSES:
Typing, talking, sitting, filing, hearing, writing, analyzing, identifying, analytical reasoning, remembering, understanding, interpreting, and problem solving.
Office environment at two downtown office sites, first floor office, accessible to general public
